Tim is amazing and very helpful gentleman. He quickly went though the possible scenarios for leasing/financing and was able to offer the best deal for me.
However, this review is a big shout out to Ryan - store manager - who not only helped me to set up and trade in my device, but also stayed for an hour after working hours in the store with me to wait for the transfer of data to my new phone. That’s the sign of the best customer service skills)))
P. S. Please give him double the commission for this particular purchase 😂

Excellent Service at Rogers!
I had an amazing experience at Rogers upper james during Black Friday. The store was extremely busy, but the manager and staff were incredibly helpful and professional. I had an issue with my account, and they patiently listened to my concerns and resolved it in a very positive manner.
Despite the rush, they made sure I got the best deal and walked me through all the options clearly. Their customer service exceeded my expectations, and I truly appreciate their dedication and support.
Highly recommend this Rogers store for their excellent service and commitment to customer satisfaction!

I had an amazing experience at the Rogers store on Upper James, thanks to Tim! He helped me upgrade to a new phone and made sure I got the best plan possible. On top of that, he was able to get me an incredible deal through Good Life, which saved me even more money! Tim’s knowledge, professionalism, and customer service are unmatched. If you’re looking for a new phone and the best deals, I highly recommend going to see Tim!

Absolutely terrible customer service at this Rogers store. I was instructed by Rogers support to return my internet equipment here, but when I arrived, the man claiming to be the district manager was beyond rude and completely unhelpful. He refused to provide any of the basic details I asked for and dismissed my concerns by saying the people on the phone “don’t know what they’re doing.” When I asked what I should do instead, his only advice was to call them back — zero effort to resolve the situation. Quite frankly, this individual doesn’t have enough common sense to operate a hot dog cart, let alone represent a major company like Rogers. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this location at all costs.

I originally dealt with a sales representative named Tim at the Ancaster location about a year ago and had a fantastic experience. When I returned and found out he was no longer there, I was disappointed—until I learned he had moved to the Upper James location! I was absolutely thrilled and made my way there, knowing I’d be in good hands. As expected, Tim provided top-notch service, helped me with everything I needed, and made sure I got the best plan and deal possible. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares about his customers, I highly recommend seeing Tim for all your phone needs!
