Came in last night, absolute disaster. We waited 15 minutes for a server to come to our table..when she arrived, it was very apparent this was her first serving job. Asked for a spicy Caesar, she asked if I wanted it “hot”, ordered Burt Reynolds’s shots for the table only to be told they had no “butter snaps”. Took drinks another 15 minutes to arrive. We ordered our food, my husband ordered the chicken fried chicken, I had the Buffalo chicken sandwich (both of which specify on the menu that it’s 2 pieces of chicken). When the food got to our table, both meals only had 1 piece of chicken. My husband made a comment about the single piece of chicken and that they used the wrong gravy, the server told us they ran out of gravy earlier and that the menus had changed but not been updated, which should have been communicated earlier. After sending his food back, it came out with the correct gravy (weird). Fast forward to paying the bill. After paying, we realized we were charged for 3 Burt Reynolds’s shots that we never got. I walked up to the bar, and our server was around the corner blatantly talking to the bartender about how terrible we were and how we only gave her $121 on a $120 bill. When she came around the corner and saw me, she looked like a deer in headlights. I showed her the bill and the bartender rectified the problem. All in all, it was a terrible night.

Great place to eat
Good food and service was excellent 👌. We always come up oncea month from the US to get together with my kids. This was. Great choice. We were Sat and serviced perfectly. Will be going again. No wait portion size was good and all 5 of us had great .eals.

Dinner was absolutely aweful.
Looked aweful. Not appealing. The chicken was supposed to have a balsamic cream sauce. Whatever was on it was gross. Veggies were watery. Mashed Potatoes were tasteless and lumpy. We scraped the sauce off and put butter on chicken. Has to use a lot of salt and pepper. I don't use salt.
Waitress brought us coffee, we said thank you. She said nothing. Not even you're welcome.
Some other girl brought our dinner. Our waitress never asked us if it was ok. She asked us if we wanted more coffee. We said yes. Coffee was the best part of dinner.
Harvey's chicken burger would have been 100 times better.
Will NOT be back!!!

Our server Kate was amazing! I do find the music is louder than we like especially when you are trying to visit. Food was excellent. We went on 1/2 price wing night. The wings were a great size.

Poor service. Kelsey’s is not what it used to be.
Took over 30 mins to get a coffee … I swear they were picking the beans and fishing for my salmon which was burnt.
The coffee… ordered with cream, came to the table with MILK, as they were out of cream at 1pm. No way I was touching this!
