I know I've only gave a review without any details prior but I just had to update as my experience at Montana's on Upper James was absolutely amazing! A friend and I went here for dinner and the restaurant was bustling with many hungry patrons already inside. We were seated by a very nice host and was graced with a very pleasant smile of our server, Jessica. She tried her best to accommodate so many guests in the establishment including ourselves. Our food arrived and I will admit that there were a few things that were not up to par at first but Jessica and her manager did the utmost best to rectify the situation to the best of their ability. Kudos to the staff at this restaurant for making sure we were satisfied and we will be back! Keep up the good work😊

Went on wing night special. It was empty with only a few tables. Food took long to arrive, they told us they were struggling to find us Wings when they brought it. When we got the food we Didn't have utensils, water not refilled. Hard to find a server. Tried salt and pepper and honey garlic. Not the greatest wings. Restaurant is a little accessible, but Floors are super slippery.

I have worked in restaurants for almost 2 decades and I am always weary of restaurant etiquette wherever I go. My server Riley was absolutely amazing, I was there just to eat and do some work and he gave me my space when I needed but always made sure to check up on me. Food was great too, nothing beats that damn fire cracker shrimp!!!
Thank you Montanas for your hospitality, Michelle the GM is also a superstar and very kind and warming.

Went in this past weekend, food was amazing and the service was great. My server, Christina, was absolutely lovely. She was nothing but kind and gentle even when I spilled my drink. She knew the menu and was able to answer any questions I had about the menu and any substitutions. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

Price: 4 Star(s), Affordable price. Even cheaper comparing to other all-you-can-eat. However, becareful to specify the all you can eat food.
Food: 4.5 Star(s) the order was about; Rib & wing combo, big grill trio. In general; Taste is delicious, meat not so hot.
Diversity: 1 Star(s). No diversity at all. It includes only the ribs without any side.
General: 4 Star(s). Great, friendly and welcoming place. I recommend it.
