Jimmy came to diagnose our issue with our furnace and was very thorough and honest. Not only was he able to put himself in our shoes, and weigh the options of if it would be worth to fix the furnace or replace it, he was very aware that it's not an easy decision to make. We ended up replacing our furnace in the end. Happy with the service.

It was the first cold day of Autumn and, of course, our furnace wouldn’t start. My daughter highly recommended Boonstra, who had done a full HVAC install at her older home. Our call was handled promptly and efficiently. While not an emergency, Boonstra had a tech out that evening. Kevin, the service tech, was great. Our problem was a bit of a mystery and Kevin chased down and tested every possibility. Another tech might have switched out an expensive gas inlet valve. Kevin found a fault in a small pressure switch and fixed it on the spot. He filed copious notes in case it occurs again. The cost was only the basic service/diagnostic fee - very reasonable ! I have no hesitation in recommending Boonstra Heating & Cooling.

Tyler was amazing! He not only kept me informed every step of the way, but was also super friendly with my very large breed dogs, putting them completely at ease. This was the best customer experience I’ve ever had with anyone coming into my home — and on a Sunday night, too! I highly recommend Boonstra and will definitely be reaching out to them for all my future heating and cooling maintenance and repairs.

Boonstra heating was top notch . The receptionist was very polite and understood what we needed. Even though it was a Sunday , Jimmy B showed up right away and quickly diagnosed the issue. All repairs done right away and Jimmy explained while i watched. Well done guys and thank you.👏👏

The receptionist I spoke to whilst booking my repair was Superb! Extremely friendly, accommodating and a joy to talk to. Derek M was our technician today and he on the ball in all ways giving us a very prompt diagnosis and repair even when he had to leave to get the proper part all was said and done so professionally and efficiently!
