We were in a pinch considering the recent heat wave and our 2 year old portable LG AC stopped working. I spoke with Tom from Boonstra Sales and he was able to arrange an install for a new ductless AC/Heat pump within 3 days! Charlie and his team were onsite on the scheduled day and completed the work in a timely fashion. Very professional, clean and prompt service. We highly recommend Boonstra.

Highly recommended I am happy to come across Boonstra for installing the heat pump and furnace. Sales rep Tom provided answers to all my questions and was extremely helpful during and after the installation. The installation crew was very professional and sid a great job.

I had a heat pump installed and the technicians decided to install my heat pump right in the middle of my walkway on the side of my house restricting me access to my backyard. I spoke to one of the managers who said they will fix the issue and move the heat pump closer to my gate on the side of the house where my previous a/c unit was (which would allow me enough room to walk around it to get to my backyard).
I had two technicians come 2 weeks later to move the heat pump and the technicians were not informed of anything from manager or from the initial salesman that I spoke with and had numerous conversations with. There was clearly a lack of communication between all of the employees. The technicians that came advised that they would not be able to move the pump behind the gate and suggested I place the pump in the backyard or in front of the house, even though I was promised that it could be installed behind my gate and away from plain view without any problems.
A month later, I had another technician come to finally take the time to pre plan and talk about how they were going to fix the issue (which should have been sorted out when they attended for the second appointment).
Four appointments later they ended up moving the unit behind my gate which allowed me to have access to my backyard.
It was not worth the stress dealing with this company. They wasted my time and I would not recommend their services. They seem to do things quick so they can move onto the next appointment scheduled instead of taking their time to do things properly the first time. I spent a lot of money for these upgrades and I was very disappointed with the whole installation and lack of communication/organization.

When our furnace started leaking water, a family member suggested I call Boonstra. I am so glad I did. Jimmy was kind, professional, and friendly. He checked in with us to ensure he explained everything clearly, and followed up with both of us individually to see if we had questions. Just an excellent experience overall. He even gave us tips on how to keep our unit running smoothly. Next time I will ask for him specifically! Thanks for the top-notch service, Jimmy!

Chris from boonstra came around 530pm and wasn't even supposed to be our guy as we were supposed to have a window of 6pm-11pm,so he came as a last call even though he was at the end of his shift.
Was polite,direct,got the job done quickly and efficiently.
I appreciate him fixing our ac and replacing our thermostat..with 3 kids at 85 degrees was getting pretty spicy!
