We had this company remove our oil furnace and replace it with a Mitsubishi Cold Climate Heat Pump in 2022. We approached JC Indoor because we heard that the Mitsubishi system was the best available in Canada and that it can function all year in our climate. John Ciotti impressed us with his knowledge, experience, and relationship with Mitsubishi. He was very patient as we had to wait over 6 months for Hydro to upgrade our electrical panel. His crew arrived very soon after that was done. They, including John's son and Paul, were very efficient and clearly very experienced. The system has functioned perfectly now in both summer heat and winter cold. It is very quiet, and it has indeed reliably given us clean indoor air.

We used this company to do our duct cleaning, there where extremely professional and used high end equipment to get the job done, the employees were great as well as the office, would highly recommend this company to family and friends.

This is the second house that I have used Indoor Clean Air for. Both with duct cleaning and installation. They are polite, friendly and professional. I highly recommend this company!

They came when they said they would however they requested a cheque which was post dated for 1 week later which got deposited too early. I spoke with the representative and there was miscommunication on my part. Over all pleased with the service. I appreciated them reaching out to make it right.
