I walked into this restaurant cold and wet from the rain. The atmosphere quickly warmed me up as the staff were so welcoming. The decorations of Canada Day and the 45th anniversary of the Mandarin had made this a unique experience. I have been to many Mandarins and I can say by far, this has been my favourite location yet. As mentioned before the staff are very welcoming. Their friendly nature pairs well with the ambiance of the music that plays. I felt genuinely relaxed and I felt ready to enjoy the food I was about to eat. Every single bite was a hot and delicious one. All their food was fresh and their utensils are clean. I must also mention that certain foods were presented that I have never seen before at any other locations. I have loved this experience and I can confidently rate this a 5 Star Experience.

The ambiance was pretty much lovely. The customer service was exceptional.
The food was nice - 7½ out of 10. I couldn't taste all of course 😂, but I sure did eat plenty☺️.
Although, the shrimp was nothing to write home about. The samosa wasn't bad but tastes weird. Might be my taste bud though😐.
Nice options and tastes for dessert, fruit, and the wine bar was 🍷😋 classic.

Had our lunch here at the restaurant a few weeks ago. It can get really crowded so expect the place to be quite loud. Also, it's always best to come here with a reservation.
There is a good variety of food to choose from and most of them are really good. Overall, a really good buffet place in Hamilton. Highly recommended!

It’s my first time here ever and all I can say is amazing. The food, the service, the atmosphere. Terry was a gentleman in his service too and I think one of the managers came to us he was so sweet as well. Thank you so much I had a wonderful weekend and day. I’m definitely looking forward to coming back😊

It's best to reserve a table as they are mostly fully booked, especially for dinner services on weekends.
The Buffet service was awesome 👌 💯
The food was very tasty and they had a wide range of options. Vegetarian options were available. Salad options were really good, and the food trays were constantly topped up.
The environment was neat and clean.
Servers are very helpful, neat, and polite.
For those celebrating birthdays, the robot plays a "Happy Birthday" song for you if you like.
The restroom was clean and well maintained.
