Ashley was our server and she was very nice, she was attentive to our needs, and she was very complimentary! I would absolutely recommend the mandarin and Ashley as your server ! My daughter and I had a mommy daughter day today, and we were in room D (where the fish wall is), it was beautiful!
The food was fresh, delicious, and plentiful as always!

I received excellent service from the meals and the servers Naomi and Ha, they are such a delight and very professional in their service. My partner and I had a good time and we will definitely be revisiting soon.

Absolutely Outstanding Service!
I had the pleasure of being served by one of the best servers I’ve ever encountered at Mandarin Bishop. From the moment we were seated, the server was incredibly attentive, kind, and professional. They greeted us with a warm smile, made excellent recommendations, and ensured our drinks and plates were never empty.
What really stood out was how they balanced being efficient and personable — it felt like they genuinely cared that we had a great experience. They even went above and beyond to accommodate special dietary needs at our table without hesitation.
The restaurant was busy, but our server handled everything so smoothly and with such a calm and friendly attitude — you could tell they were experienced and truly loved what they do.
If every restaurant had service like this, dining out would be a dream every time. Mandarin is lucky to have them on staff. I’ll definitely be coming back — and I’ll be asking to sit in their section again.
Highly recommend both the food and especially the service!

We came here for my sibling’s birthday, and everything was perfect!! I loved the food, I loved the atmosphere and the music wasn’t that loud. I do recommend reserving a table since we did walk out and see the massive line up. Our waiter of the day, Noel, was very kind to us and came to check on to refill our waters constantly, he was very nice aswell. Overall a 10/10 experience☺️☺️

We have a blast celebrating my husband’s first birthday here in Canada together with our family. Biraj (assigned server) shows a superb customer service by providing us a wonderful dining experience. We’re definitely come back again. Thank you for taking picture of us for this special occasion.
