First time here at the upper James location and it didn’t let us down at all!! Brett was our server tonight keeping the family entertained every pass by the table! The food was great and came out promptly and perfect cooked! We had the honkin beef rib… oh yeah!!! Steak, chicken tacos, and a kids pizza! Brisket burnt ends to start with was a nice touch having the dill pickle slaw on it!! Definitely will be back soon!!!

Amazing service!!! Tonight we had the pleasure of getting taken care of by Sarah and I have to say she made our experience one to remember. She made me and my family so comfortable with here hospitality and positive energy. She worked around my daughter’s dietary restrictions like a pro, and didn’t make us feel like a burden for having allergies. Hard to find good service these days however Sarah showed us what real service should be and we will be back!!!

YOGI was our waiter & I couldn't stop raving about his service to my husband. He was so professional while still being personable. He was quick & efficient and quick to service my husband while he indulged on all you can eat ribs. The manager came to our table & I was sure to give positive feedback. The food, delish & fresh. The beef rib was fantastic & all you can eat ribs were great. No neg reviews from our table this evening. Yogi, thank you. It was a pleasure.

We go to Montanas Upper James twice a week. The food is great and our server Brady is absolutely amazing!!! He remembers our orders and his service is superb. Everyone loves him!!! He is so personable, efficient and so much fun! We always ask to sit in his area. He is a real asset to the restaurant!

Stopped here on our way home from Ancaster. Just picked the location at random and am happy I did. Food was great and our server Spence was on top of everything. Manager was also doing his rounds which is nice to see. Will probably be back if we are down that way again!
