I came into the Rogers Upper James store because my services weren’t working properly and I had no service at all. I’d been dealing with it for two days and was honestly going crazy.
Pratik helped me right away and quickly identified the issue. He recommended a SIM card swap, and it instantly fixed the problem. Everything was working again immediately.
He was knowledgeable, efficient, and genuinely helpful. Amazing customer service and a great experience overall. Highly recommend asking for him if you’re visiting this location!

Went into the Rogers store and was paired with Tim very quickly. He was able to upgrade my iPhone 13 to an iPhone 17 and even though they didn’t have the phone in stock, he set me up with one that was delivered to my home in just a couple days. He was very efficient and knowledgeable. I left the store very content that day. Thanks!

Had a great experience with tim today, i was looking to get a new phone and plan, and he was able to give me the best one in the market. He is very knowledgeable with what his doing, every question and issue i had was dealt with right away. 100% recommend booking an appointment with Tim!

Super friendly and welcoming staff- Tim was amazing to work with! I just switched 4 phone lines from Telus to Roger’s, along with upgrading one device. It took a long time, mainly because my phone took forever to switch all my stuff over- but Tim was patient and easy to get along with and made the visit a breeze. Not only is my phone service better already, but the phone bill was cut in half compared to Telus and we get way more data/states usage as well!
