I originally dealt with a sales representative named Tim at the Ancaster location about a year ago and had a fantastic experience. When I returned and found out he was no longer there, I was disappointed—until I learned he had moved to the Upper James location! I was absolutely thrilled and made my way there, knowing I’d be in good hands.
