Super friendly and welcoming staff- Tim was amazing to work with! I just switched 4 phone lines from Telus to Roger’s, along with upgrading one device. It took a long time, mainly because my phone took forever to switch all my stuff over- but Tim was patient and easy to get along with and made the visit a breeze. Not only is my phone service better already, but the phone bill was cut in half compared to Telus and we get way more data/states usage as well!

I had an amazing experience with Tim! He went above and beyond to help me with a complicated issue. He actually spent more than 3 hours even after the store had closed working with customer support to get everything resolved. The whole time he was patient, kind, and genuinely happy to help. Had an amazing experience at Rogers on Upper James while upgrading my phone! The service was genuinely great, and the team worked so well together. Even though it was pretty busy in the store today, Ankit, Pratik, and Tim (Hopefully I'm getting the names correct lol) did an awesome job helping me and other customers. They were super friendly, patient, and really knew their stuff. Big thanks to the team for making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this location!
