I needed to have my roof replaced so I did the right thing for me and received 3 quotes. Silva’s stood out for me. The reason: John Silva was able to see me first thing in the morning the next day. He was honest, straightforward and said that he was in the business for over 30 years so I felt at ease. I also saw the great Google reviews and I felt that his price was affordable and fair. The company came with 4 workers and lots of trucks! Tarps were placed and they worked hard over the next 2 days. They cleaned up carefully each day and replaced my garden furniture as it was. Nice touch! I love my roof! My house is close to 100 years old and John helped me with a beautiful colour to match my house. I’m so happy with the result! Roger and his crew were awesome. So respectful and Rose was an absolute delight whenever I needed to contact her as she organized the dates etc. Thank you Silvas Roofing!!

We hired Silva's to do our roof and it was a great experience. They were quick to come offer a detailed quote and they were very affordable. Our project began within a week and half and was completed quickly. The entire crew was great, they did wonderful work and a thorough clean up at the end. From start to finish, the communication with Rose, John and Roger was top notch. Highly recommend!

Just got my roof done yesterday, they did an excellent job. Very friendly, professional and did a great job with clean up. I would highly recommend, I'll definitely use them again in the future.

Emergency roof repair was required. I call Silvia’s since they did another roof for us years ago. They came same day, identified a few potential problems, fixed all of them, fixed a missing cap that had nothing to do with the leaking issue. They did all of that in less than hour at a reasonable price.
