The staff are very friendly and always willing to help. I didn't have to look far for them when I had a question. The store is clean and organized. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the music is too loud. It's distracting, as another customer put it.

What can I say about a used store that gets all there items free but carry heavy pricing tags? I’ll add some examples in my photos.
Let’s dissect a few things.
The staff! Friendly and helpful from what I’ve gathered the day I was there shopping. Helpful in the change rooms and easy to approach.
The selections of clothing and items aren’t too bad. The store is tidy and well stocked. Easy to look through as it’s sorted my sections of men’s, women and children ect. Sizes and colours and so forth. This is very helpful when approaching a store of this size, one can get overwhelmed.
However the negative for me would be the price for many items in there. Some things you can get at a normal store cheaper and it would be in new condition.
I saw a dress for $59.99 and jeans for $39.99
How is this possible for a place that receives free things to mark up that high? I understand it takes money to pay bills and pay staff ect. So they need to make money. However that’s pure greed. I’ve donated so many things there and I’ve seen by the truck loads of items come in while am there.
If only they could keep cost lower. I don’t see why not If the regular stores sell cheaper than you on most stuff and they don’t get there stuff donated for free. Why can’t you?
I don’t shop there to often after seeing the prices changes lately to more higher.
Hope you will try to keep cost down like the big box stores. As there’s people
Who really rely on used stores to get items cheaper because they can’t afford regular store.
So if you sell like regular store or higher than them. Where do that leave for our community who supports you ?

This store is wonderful and has the nicest staff here. Matthew and Tracy have both left an impact on me for their suburb customer service. I left my buggy in the change room and Tracy helped me recall as many items as I could on the floor. Truly appreciate the kindness shown and always find great treasures here too!.

Each day there is a different discount . They have change rooms (unlike some other thrift stores). Prices are ok. Selection is good. There's usually a line to check out but it's not self checkout so it's worth it .

Update:
Talize is still my preferred store to shop for gently used clothing. I like how their clothes are neatly colour coded and also how they run a daily manager's special of 50% off certain category. In addition, they periodically have sales such as 30-50% off the entire store sale, Mother's Day sale and Father's Day sale.
They have a small selection for kitchenware, books and furniture

Older post:
Pretty clean store. Nicely organized, colour coded.
They have a daily manager's special of 50%. I would call ahead to find out before going. But when you call they always says the specials can change at any time during the day which I think is silly and doesnt make any sense.
It's just like saying to a customer who is already at the store going through the special rack and when they bring the items to cash you tell them "oh sorry, we just changed our special". That would total upset me. So dont tell the customer that the special MAY change.
As with the selection of clothing. Not bad. There's not a lot of name brand clothing I notice for ladies and mens.
There's the odd Tommy Hilfiger, CK, Ralph. I guess it is a hit and miss maybe, if you are looking for name brand. Prices range from $5-14 per item. lots of $9.99. I feel it should be between $3 -9, considering they get them for free. Some items cost as much as a new item.
Best to buy when they have their 50% sale. Best bang for your buck.
