Clean and well curated store. It is hit or miss if you will find something good but don't often leave empty handed. Their regular prices are not that great but I do enjoy their discounts and weekend markdowns. Overall, I enjoy the experience of shopping here and have found some exceptional deals from time to time. This is one of my most frequented thrift stores.

The prices are shocking.
Considering all the items filling their racks are donated, these prices are an insult to the community. I casually asked an employee if the prices had increased recently and she mechanically spouted off that items are priced according to brand, quality and something else… clearly she forgot to mention greed.
Does the management not realize that it’s the very community that enables their store to exist? I won’t be donating here.

Since a new manager started his job at this branch the prices are unbearable , especially the jewlery case. Selling regular silver ring for 199.99$ when i checked it was signed silver NOT Gold and other rings unsigned for 69$ is not right and too much while we can get them from any other stores for 25$ . I used to buy jewelry bags a lot before and the price was reasonable for the stuff inside it. But now the jewelry bags has nothing than garbage . I will never shop from this store.

What can I say about a used store that gets all there items free but carry heavy pricing tags? I’ll add some examples in my photos.
Let’s dissect a few things.
The staff! Friendly and helpful from what I’ve gathered the day I was there shopping. Helpful in the change rooms and easy to approach.
The selections of clothing and items aren’t too bad. The store is tidy and well stocked. Easy to look through as it’s sorted my sections of men’s, women and children ect. Sizes and colours and so forth. This is very helpful when approaching a store of this size, one can get overwhelmed.
However the negative for me would be the price for many items in there. Some things you can get at a normal store cheaper and it would be in new condition.
I saw a dress for $59.99 and jeans for $39.99
How is this possible for a place that receives free things to mark up that high? I understand it takes money to pay bills and pay staff ect. So they need to make money. However that’s pure greed. I’ve donated so many things there and I’ve seen by the truck loads of items come in while am there.
If only they could keep cost lower. I don’t see why not If the regular stores sell cheaper than you on most stuff and they don’t get there stuff donated for free. Why can’t you?
I don’t shop there to often after seeing the prices changes lately to more higher.
Hope you will try to keep cost down like the big box stores. As there’s people
Who really rely on used stores to get items cheaper because they can’t afford regular store.
So if you sell like regular store or higher than them. Where do that leave for our community who supports you ?
