I recently had the pleasure of working with Tops Roofing Company in my house in Burlington and I must say, I am impressed with the level of professionalism and expertise displayed by the entire team.
From the initial consultation to the final walk-through, Joe and his team was knowledgeable, courteous, and attentive to my needs. The crew that worked on my roof were efficient and made sure to clean up after themselves each day.
The finished product is nothing short of amazing. The new roof looks beautiful and the craftsmanship is top-notch. I have already noticed a difference in the temperature of my home and I have no doubt that this new roof will last for many years to come.
I highly recommend Tops Roofing Company to anyone in need of roofing services. They truly stand above the rest and I am grateful to have had the opportunity to work with Joe.

Needed extensive repairs to my house.talked to many contractors. So glad came across joe and Lucy at tops Roofing. Felt very comfortable and work started 4 days later.joe and his crew are very reliable and show up on time.also Lawrence and Joe did a great job with the new siding fascia and eaves.joe was also able to help me with my boiler needs as well as some plumbing. 5 star recommended. It was a pleasure.

Hired Joe from Tops Roofing and Siding to do the siding, fascia, soffit and some roofing on my garage. Take a look at the pictures. They speak for themselves. Joe was fired bc it was so bad. Joe then had a temper tantrum and ripped siding off my garage. It came off easy as there were only 2 capping screws holding it in over the entire length. (Incorrect installation) Lucy (manager who defends everything Joe does) offered to send Joe back to fix a few things done incorrectly but what's the point? Got someone else to come out and they pointed out another 20 things wrong. I found Joe to be sloppy, rude, messy and confrontational. Installation is not done as per the installation manual and as you can see in several pics after only 6 months the siding has pulled away exposing the wood behind. Not to mention, their business address is listed as Scotiabank on Upper James...??

Tops Roofing & Siding’s crew and Joe installed a new shingled roof and flat front porch roof at my home. They also installed aluminum soffit, fascia and eavestroughs. Joe and his workers were professional, knowledgeable, courteous. They cleaned up on a daily basis. Nothing was overlooked. Every little detail was taken care of. So happy and pleased with the end result. I’ve used this company in the past ons commercial flat roof building a few years ago, Joe explained the product he was going to use and type of application he would use..this was all new to me and he was very patient with me and any questions I had. A pleasure seeing these guys once again! I highly recommend them and I highly recommend them and will continue using them on any future projects and renovations!

We had the best experience working with tops! They performed the job when we were out of the country and they kept us informed, sent pictures and did a fabulous quality job. We could not be happier with their team and quality of work. Thank you all so much for our amazing new roof. It feels great to be so confident in the work you have done- it looks amazing too.
